Shipping and Returns

Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS Ground with a signature required.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, AMIRI does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

AMIRI is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.

AMIRI is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

 

International orders

AMIRI offer worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

 

Returns and exchanges - North America

To initiate a return or an exchange, please visit returns.amiri.com.

AMIRI allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style preferred. Exchange shipping will be paid by AMIRI. Only one exchange shipment per order will be covered by AMIRI.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If AMIRI determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

Returns and exchanges - International

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

A full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
